• I'VE PLACED MY ORDER, WHAT NOW?

    Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. Further to this you will get an email once your goods have been dispatched. Holly's Bows aims to dispatch all online orders within 48 hours of purchase. All postage is Royal mail first class or second class unless you choose otherwise (Next day delivery) and should be with you within 1-3 days for first class or 1-5 days for second class after receiving your shipment email. 

  • THE BOW I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE BACK AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?

    Please send us a message through the contact page to let us know what bow you would like and for an estimated date of when it will be back in stock. Please note that some bows are limited edition and once they have gone they will not be restocked!

  • DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM BOWS?

    Yes we do! Please see the "Custom Individual Orders" page for more information.

  • DO YOU USE BOW PROMOS?

    Holly's Bows does not use any form of "promos". Any pictures that you may see of particular athletes or programmes/teams on social media are all happy customers!

  • DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?

    Yes we do! Please note that shipping costs may be high and may incur customs fees on delivery. *IMPORTANT: Holly's Bows is not responsible for any import or customs duties that may be incurred at the end destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. This applies only to international orders outside of the UK.

  • WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY HOLLY'S BOW?

    Holly's Bows are designed to function as a hair decoration only. To assist in maintaining the quality of your Holly's Bow, here are a few tips:

    • Put your hair up in a ponytail with a hair band FIRST then add your bow around the already in place hair band. For extra stability we suggest tying your bow hairband around the BOTTOM of your hair band that is already in place.
    • Please don't use your bow as your main means of holding your hair as this will only increase your chances of breaking the hair band or even damaging the bow itself.
    • Holly's Bows are not waterproof. Please try and keep your bow safe from any spillages/rain other forms of liquids. If your bow does get wet, please allow your bow to dry out naturally as any heat applied may break any heat bond already on your bow.
    • We know you like to hang bows from your backpacks! Lets face it, they look amazing! We recommend careful placement/location to decrease the potential of possible damage to your bow including changing the shape, damage to rhinestones and fraying. Or even better, some people like to buy individual bows just to display on their backpack!

  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

    Unfortunately due to the personal nature of the bows we do not accept returns unless in the unlikely event we have dispatched the wrong item or there is a fault with your item. (Please note that all items are triple checked before dispatch and are given the "Holly" approval. If you think there is a fault with your item you must get in contact within 48hours of receiving your bow)
